Since Oct 18 23:00, there have been abnormalities in the submarine optical cables connecting the data center to the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and other places, causing players to be disconnected offten. Even now, it has not been fully repaired. This has caused trouble to all players. The GM team apologizes for that.  We are still continuing to follow up and urge the data center to improve the network to ensure the normal connection of all players.
