+7     25%   successful  and maybe will cause the sequence is:
remain the same level or with possibility that your weapon or armor maybe disappear. 
+8    10%   successful  and maybe will cause the sequence is:
remain the same level or with possibility that your weapon or armor maybe disappear. 
+9     5%   successful  and maybe will cause the sequence is:
remain the same level or with possibility that your weapon or armor maybe disappear.

EP items upgrade to high EP items
Upgrade items will charge the price difference only.
Please check the price difference on item Mall.
Example1: Fire Mask(260 EP) upgrade to God of Wars Helmets(4172 EP)
Charge will be 4172-260=3912 EP.
Example2: Fire Pants(260 EP) upgrade to Elf Pant(788 EP)
Charge will be 788-260=528 EP.
Example3: Damage Ring(837 EP) upgrade to Almighty Ring(3377 EP)
Charge will be 3377-837=2540 EP.
Change between same EP items
Charge will be 30% of the purchase price.
Example1: Precious Fog Wing (White)(998 EP) change to Precious Fog Wing (Blue)(998 EP)
Charge will be 998*30%=300 EP.
Example2: Godzilla Sword (Dex)(Freeze)(4000 EP) change to Anomalies Fist (Dex)(Freeze)(4000 EP)
Charge will be 4000*30%=1200 EP.
Example3: Fire Mask(260 EP) change to Iori Yagami Mask(260 EP)

Change game items will charge 500 epoints.
Example:You got [5K Socks] from top up freebie and upgraded on web with +300 HP
you want to move +300 HP to fresh [10K Socks],
First,you must have these two items both and they must be same slot,
After processing you will get [10K Socks] PLUS +300HP
And the [5K Socks] will be deleted.
