Step 1: Go to the nearest Banco De Oro (BDO) or Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI) branch (please take note of which branch you go to)

Step 2: Get a deposit slip and fill up the information as follows:

Step 3: After completely filling up the deposit slip, go to the teller and submit the slip together with the money.

Step 4: After the teller is done processing your transaction, he/ she will give you a receipt as your reference and proof of payment like so:





Step 5: keep the above deposit slip and claim your donations at our customer support by providing the following informations: Bank, Branch, Date, Time, Code, Amount, your game user ID and server.

Ex: for claiming the above deposit, submit to our customer support as the following format:

BDO, Pedro Gil Singalong Branch, Nov-25-2008, 13:57:52, (021N 622 1601 50), Php5000.00, User ID: xxxxxx and EN Server 1, 2 or 3.

BPI, Del Monte Branch, Dec-12-2008, 13:20:18, 324DGV01, Php1000.00, User ID: xxxxx and En Server 1, 2 or 3.
